Kitchen, Dining Room and Utility Room

The Kitchen has lots of crockery, cutlery, cookware, glasses for indoor and garden use.  There is an induction hob with over island extraction, wine fridge, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, nespresso machine, dishwasher, in-sink food macerator, slow cooker, stick blender, food chopper, electric whisk, juicer.

Hallway: cupboard with stereo system, cookbooks, guidebooks, iron and board, vacuum and mop.  Desk with chair by front door

Utility Room: washing machine and tumble dryer, access to back garden and also to Games Room

The Dining Room has a large table with 6 upholstered chairs. The sideboard drawers contain table mats, napkin rings, serviettes, and the cupboard underneath contains a selection of board games, dominoes, chess, backgammon etc
